Your fan list lives in Dashboard → Guest List. Every email and SMS subscriber, every segment, every tag, every send history, all in one place.
How fans subscribe
Fans subscribe directly from your fan page through the Stay Connected form. They enter their first name and email. Then they can add where they live and, if they want texts, their phone number with the SMS opt-in box. Their entry lands in your Guest List instantly.
Fans who unlock a Download Gate get added to your list too. Each download's Unlocks count in Landing Pages shows how many fans it brought in.
Where to manage subscribers
Go to Dashboard → Guest List → Guests for the full subscriber table. Filter by segment (All, Super fans, SMS opt-in, your top cities, your labels, Suppressed), add labels with + Add to segment, and run bulk actions. Server-side pagination so large lists stay fast.
The Stay Connected card
Toggle the email and SMS capture on or off from Dashboard → Guest List → Tools. This controls whether the Stay Connected form appears on your fan page at all.
Subscriber limits
- Free accounts, capped at 50 subscribers
- Pro and Lifetime accounts, unlimited subscribers. Once you pass 500, write partner@bckstg.co and we can help from our end with bulk sending and more.
