Copyright reports

BCKSTG respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable law. This policy applies to material hosted or controlled by BCKSTG. A store or other downstream service may require a separate report through its own process.

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  3. Identification and location of the material you want removed, including a URL or other information sufficient for us to find it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the reporting party or that party's agent.

We may send a complete counter-notice to the original reporting party and restore the material after 10 business days, but generally no later than 14 business days, unless our designated agent receives notice that a court action has been filed.

Repeat infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, BCKSTG terminates accounts of repeat infringers and may restrict access to users who repeatedly submit infringing material. We may also remove or disable access to material when required by law, a valid platform rule, or a court order.

Important

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. If you are unsure whether a use is authorized or protected by an exception, consider speaking with a qualified attorney before submitting.
