TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective July 13, 2026

1. Who we are

BCKSTG℠ is the smart-profile platform for the entertainment industry. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Data ownership, you own your data

All content you upload (music metadata, artwork, bio, tour dates, events) and all fan data you collect through bckstg (email subscribers, city requests, pre-save tokens) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over your content or your fans' data. You can export your data at any time, CSV and JSON export is available on Pro and Lifetime plans. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

“All fan data collected through bckstg, emails, phone numbers, city requests, pre-save opt-ins, belongs to you, the artist. bckstg does not sell it, rent it, or trade it. bckstg does not use it for advertising or to promote other accounts. bckstg may send fans platform-level announcements about features relevant to them, fans can unsubscribe at any time.”

2a. Music and podcast distribution

Eligible Artist accounts may use our music distribution service, and eligible Creator accounts may use our podcast distribution service. Every submission requires an authenticated per-release agreement that identifies the project, rights, term, commercial model, and signer. If that agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the per-release agreement controls for that project.

Your authority. You represent that you own or control every right needed to submit the recording, composition, artwork, name, likeness, metadata, and other material; that contributor and group-member information uses real legal names where requested; and that no conflicting agreement prevents the requested distribution. You must answer every required generative AI and synthetic-voice disclosure accurately for the artwork and each submitted track or episode.

Limited license. You keep ownership of your work. While the per-release agreement is active, you give BCKSTG only the rights needed to host, stream, reproduce, display, deliver, distribute, and promote the submitted project through BCKSTG, Label Engine, and the selected services. BCKSTG may keep already published promotional material in its historical channels after termination, but will stop new full-track or full-episode hosting when the applicable agreement ends.

Service providers and store rules. We may provide submitted materials and metadata to Label Engine, digital service providers, and another downstream platform needed to process or deliver the project. Their technical, content, territory, and availability rules apply. BCKSTG does not guarantee acceptance, placement, availability, or a particular release date.

Termination and takedown. Unless the per-release agreement says otherwise, you may request termination with 30 days' written notice to distro@bckstg.co. Store processing, caching, reporting, and takedown timing may continue after the request. We retain agreement and delivery evidence when reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

The agreement shown inside your distribution project contains the exact project terms. Copyright reports are handled under our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

3. Fan data handling

When fans submit their email or phone number through your bckstg page, that data is stored in your account and is accessible only to you. We do not sell fan data to third parties, use it for our own marketing, or share it with other artists. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) when contacting your fans.

4. Account types

bckstg supports Artist, Creator, Venue, Promoter, Festival, Media, and Partner account types. Each unlocks features relevant to how you operate, releases and pre-saves for Artists, events and 18+ content gating for Creators, event sync and artist request forms for Venues and Promoters, and lineup and ticketing management for Festivals. Record Label, Talent Management, and Booking Agency account types are available by waitlist, see §4d for full details. Partner accounts are internal and invite-only, see §4e.

Media accounts are available to photographers, videographers, and creative professionals. Media accounts can list availability, receive booking requests, track project status (8 stages from inquiry through delivery), manage private fees and deliverables, and appear in the Media Marketplace accessible to other creator accounts. The Media Marketplace is currently in active testing with select accounts and is not yet generally available.

To change your account type, contact support. All data is preserved when switching.

4a. Subscriber data import

You may upload CSV files containing email subscriber records from third-party services (such as Mailchimp, Laylo, or Beacons) to import your existing audience into bckstg.

By uploading subscriber data, you represent and warrant that:

  • you obtained these email addresses lawfully and with appropriate consent;
  • the individuals on the list consented to receive communications from you (not from bckstg or third parties);
  • you have the right to transfer and use this data on bckstg; and
  • the upload does not violate any third-party service's terms of use.

bckstg does not validate, clean, or verify imported subscriber records. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable email marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR) for any communications sent to imported subscribers.

4b. Subscriber data export

Pro plan artists may export their fan subscriber list as a file of SHA-256 hashed email addresses for use in third-party advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager. By using this feature, you represent and warrant that:

  • the subscribers on your list consented to receive communications from you;
  • your use of the exported data complies with all applicable privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR) and the terms of any third-party platform you upload the data to;
  • you will not share the exported file with any third party other than the advertising platform you use to manage your own campaigns; and
  • you are acting as the data controller for any downstream use of this export.

bckstg hashes all email addresses before export using a one-way cryptographic process. The original email addresses are not included in the exported file and cannot be recovered from it. When you upload the export to Meta Ads Manager, or run ads inside BCKSTG AMP, Meta receives those hashed values to match against their own users. bckstg does not transmit fan data on its own initiative, every ad send is operator-initiated.

bckstg is not responsible for how you use the exported file after download. Any consequences arising from your use of the export, including platform policy violations, regulatory enforcement, or fan complaints, are your sole responsibility.

4c. Direct messaging

bckstg provides a direct messaging feature allowing creator accounts (Artist, Creator, Venue, Promoter, Festival, Media) to communicate with each other. Messages are stored on bckstg servers and are subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the messaging system to: (a) send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; or (c) share content that violates these Terms.

bckstg reserves the right to review messages in response to reported violations and to take action including suspension or termination of accounts found in violation.

Booking requests submitted through the Media Marketplace may automatically create or attach to a message thread. These threads are accessible to both parties in the booking request.

4d. Label, management, and booking-agency accounts

bckstg offers three roster-parent account types: Record Label, Talent Management, and Booking Agency. These accounts pay annual upfront for tier-priced slots and may invite artist/creator/media accounts to their roster.

Role grants. Roster members are added as Admin or Editor. Editors can edit content, send blasts as the artist, and access the subscriber list. Admins can additionally manage roster membership and role changes.

Per-artist caps. Each artist may be on at most one record label, two talent management agencies, and two booking agencies at a time. These caps are enforced at the database level.

Artist's rights. The artist may leave any roster at any time from /dashboard/account/team; effect is immediate. The artist may review every action taken on their account at /dashboard/account/activity. When the artist's subscriber list is exported by a team member, the artist receives an in-app notification.

Subscription cancellation. If a roster-parent's subscription is canceled, every membership flips to suspended immediately, the parent loses all access to its roster artists' content. The parent may restore everything by re-subscribing within 60 days; after that, suspended memberships are permanently removed and the parent must re-invite each artist.

Pro inclusion. Artists on an active roster receive Pro feature access while the parent's subscription is active and the artist's slot is within the parent's tier allotment. Pro inclusion ends on roster removal, parent cancellation, or grace expiry.

Custom tier. Rosters above 50 artists require a Custom plan. Contact support@bckstg.co for pricing.

4e. Partner accounts

bckstg offers Partner accounts for agencies, scouts, festival operators, label A&Rs, tour managers, content shops, and individuals who help the platform grow. Partner accounts are internal and invite-only, and do not have a fan-style public page by default. Approved partners may optionally turn on a public partner profile at bckstg.co/p/{handle} from their dashboard (off by default), see our Privacy Policy for the data displayed. Each approved partner receives a referral URL and a commission on every paid subscriber they bring in, on the same framework as the existing partner program. Apply at /partner, approval is manual and at bckstg's discretion.

4f. Website analytics & advertising

BCKSTG uses analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel and Reddit Pixel, on our own marketing and product pages to measure site traffic and improve our advertising. This tracks how visitors interact with bckstg.co. It does not access, include, or transmit any artist's fan subscriber list. Fan email addresses are never shared with Meta, Reddit, or any advertising platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4g. Partner public profiles

Approved Partner accounts may opt in to a public profile at bckstg.co/p/{handle} displaying the partner's name, avatar, bio, featured link, and any press articles the partner has published through BCKSTG. Opting in makes these fields publicly indexable. Partner accounts that do not opt in have no public-facing surface. Partners may toggle the public profile off at any time from the dashboard; existing references in search engines may persist for the standard re-crawl window.

5. Email broadcasts

Users on eligible plans may send email broadcasts to their fan subscriber list. You are responsible for ensuring fans have consented to receiving communications from you. Every broadcast includes a mandatory unsubscribe link. Misuse of the broadcast feature (spam, harassment, unsolicited bulk email) may result in account suspension.

6. Messaging & communications

(a) Email Blasts. Users may send emails to their subscribers. Users must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.

(b) SMS Messaging. When available, Users must only message opted-in recipients, comply with the TCPA, honor STOP requests immediately, and not send deceptive messages.

(c) Messaging Credits. Messages require purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Cost per message varies by type and destination.

(d) Subscriber Data. Users collecting subscriber data are data controllers and responsible for their own data protection compliance.

7. BCKSTG SMS Program Terms

Program name: BCKSTG SMS Updates.

Program description: When fans opt in on an artist's, creator's, venue's, or promoter's BCKSTG fan page, they may receive SMS messages from that account. Messages may include new music release announcements, show and event announcements, exclusive content drops, tour date updates, and personal messages from the artist or venue they have opted in to follow.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies by sender. Most accounts send infrequently (typically a few messages per month). Frequency depends on how often the artist or venue you opted in to releases music, announces shows, or has news to share.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages received. BCKSTG and the sender are not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that sender. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

Support: Reply HELP to any SMS message for support information, or contact us directly at support@bckstg.co.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: SMS opt-in is limited to fans 18 years or older. Creator accounts that are flagged as containing adult content are prohibited from using SMS messaging.

8. Pitch and press release tools

bckstg's AI-powered pitch and press release tools use the Anthropic API to generate documents based on the text information in your profile (name, genre, bio, release details). These tools work exclusively with the text you provide. bckstg does not send audio or music files to Anthropic or any other third-party AI service. By using these tools you acknowledge that generated output is a starting point and that you are responsible for reviewing content before submission to any third party. bckstg makes no guarantee that generated pitches will result in playlist placements or press coverage.

9. Spotify pre-save

The Spotify pre-save feature uses OAuth to obtain a refresh token from fans who opt in. These tokens are stored securely and used only to save your release to the fan's Spotify library on release date. Tokens are scoped to user-library-modify only. Fans can revoke access at any time via their Spotify account settings.

10. Live Streaming

(a) Creator responsibilities. Creators who use BCKSTG Live Streaming are solely responsible for all content broadcast through the platform. You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you stream, including music, video, and any third-party materials.

(b) Music and copyright. During the alpha period, live streaming is restricted to Creator accounts to mitigate music copyright and licensing risks. Artist accounts may request access for non-music content (vlogs, events, Q&As, etc.) by contacting us directly. Unauthorized streaming of copyrighted music may result in immediate stream termination and account suspension.

(c) Chat and fan data. By enabling live chat, you acknowledge that fan names and email addresses collected through the chat authentication flow will be added to your subscriber list. You are responsible for handling this data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and these Terms.

(d) Moderation. Creators have tools to delete messages and ban viewers from their streams on a per-session basis. You are responsible for moderating your stream's chat. bckstg reserves the right to terminate streams that violate these Terms or applicable law.

(e) Stream termination. bckstg reserves the right to terminate any live stream at any time without notice if we determine it violates these Terms, applicable law, or Cloudflare's Terms of Service.

(f) No guarantees. Live streaming is provided as-is during the alpha period. We do not guarantee uptime, stream quality, or uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed without notice during alpha.

11. Digital content marketplace

bckstg provides tools that allow Users (“Sellers”) to list, price, and sell digital content (“Digital Goods”) to visitors (“Buyers”). Digital Goods may include videos, audio files, downloadable files, text-based content, photo sets, and bundles.

(a) Seller as Merchant of Record. Sellers operate as independent merchants. bckstg is the technology platform only, NOT the seller, distributor, or licensor of Digital Goods.

(b) Stripe Connect. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Sellers agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

(c) Platform Fee. bckstg may charge a platform fee. The current rate is displayed when creating a listing and may change with reasonable notice.

(d) Pricing. Sellers set their own prices, minimum $0.50 USD per item.

(e) Content Ownership. Sellers retain full ownership. bckstg receives only a limited license to display previews and descriptions for facilitating sales.

(f) Seller Responsibilities. Sellers are solely responsible for: legality, quality, and accuracy of content; holding all necessary rights and licenses; legal compliance; responding to Buyer inquiries; and all tax obligations.

(g) Prohibited Content. Content that infringes IP, contains illegal material, includes malware, or misrepresents its nature is prohibited.

(h) Buyer Terms. All Digital Goods sales are final unless the Seller offers a refund. Content is for personal, non-commercial use unless specified otherwise. Redistribution and resale are prohibited. bckstg does not review or guarantee Digital Goods.

(i) Refunds. Refund policies are set by the Seller. bckstg does not process refunds. Buyers contact the Seller directly.

(j) Revenue Withholding. bckstg may withhold or reverse payouts for Terms violations, fraud, or excessive chargebacks.

11a. Custom landing page tracking

Pages you build through BCKSTG AMP or Custom Landing Pages may automatically include a tracking pixel (Meta Pixel by default) tied to the ad account you have connected. This pixel fires on the public landing page only and reports standard page-view and conversion events back to your own ad account. You can disable the pixel per-page from the page's Appearance settings. BCKSTG does not receive or store pixel data; it flows directly from the fan's browser to Meta.

12. Theme system

Users can customize their fan page appearance by selecting from available themes. bckstg retains the right to modify, add, or retire available themes with reasonable notice.

13. Custom domains

13(a) A domain you already own. Users on eligible plans may connect a domain they already own to their bckstg fan page by adding the DNS records bckstg provides at their registrar. You are responsible for owning, paying for, and maintaining the domain at your registrar. bckstg is not liable for domain expiration, misconfiguration, or DNS issues at your registrar.

13(b) A domain you buy through bckstg. Users on a Pro plan may purchase a domain through the bckstg dashboard. Each purchase is for a one-year term and renews automatically on the same payment method one year from the purchase date until you cancel. The displayed price is the price you pay. There is no separate set-up, activation, or connection fee. WHOIS privacy is included; bckstg is listed as the public registrant on your behalf so your contact information stays off the public registry. Free SSL is provisioned and renewed automatically through bckstg's hosting provider. bckstg writes the DNS records needed to point the domain at your bckstg page, and writes mail records on your behalf if you use the Connect Email helper.

Refunds. If registration fails after we charge your card, we refund the full amount automatically and cancel the renewal. Once a registration succeeds, the cost is paid to the domain registry and is not refundable. Cancelling auto-renew keeps the domain alive through the end of the term you already paid for; it does not refund the current year.

Cancellation and expiry. You may cancel auto-renew at any time. The domain stays live through the paid term and then enters the registry's grace period, after which it expires. bckstg does not extend a domain past its paid term and does not refund expired domains.

Transfer out. You may request transfer of a domain bckstg holds on your behalf to another registrar at any time. bckstg will provide the authorization code and unlock the domain at no additional charge. Transfer-out timing is subject to registry rules (typically 60 days after registration or transfer, per ICANN).

Ownership. Beneficial ownership of the domain is yours. bckstg is listed as the public registrant via WHOIS privacy proxy. If bckstg ceases providing this service, bckstg will provide reasonable notice and the authorization codes needed to move the domain to a registrar of your choice.

Removal. bckstg reserves the right to remove a custom domain from the platform if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

13(c) Free domain with annual. A Pro Annual plan includes a free domain for the first year, on the standard extensions we offer. The free year applies to year 1 only; the domain renews at the standard yearly price afterward. A domain claimed this way cannot be transferred to another registrar for one year from the date it is claimed. If the Pro Annual subscription is refunded within 90 days of claiming the domain, the member is charged the domain's standard price.

14. Referrals

Eligible users may invite others to join bckstg via a referral link. By sending an invitation you confirm that the recipient has a genuine interest in receiving it. Referral invitations are limited per user as displayed in your dashboard.

15. Waitlist

During alpha and beta periods, access to bckstg may be limited to invited users. By joining the waitlist you agree to receive a confirmation email and, if selected, an invitation email from bckstg. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or any specific timeline for an invitation. Waitlist data is not sold or shared with third parties.

16. Subscription and credits

bckstg offers a Free plan and a Pro plan billed monthly ($12/mo) or annually ($120/yr). New invited users receive a 7-day trial automatically. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Certain features consume credits purchased separately as one-time packs that never expire:

  • DSP pitch, 1 credit
  • One-sheet PDF, 1 credit
  • Press release PDF, 3 credits
  • Email blast, 1 credit per send
  • US SMS, 1 credit per send (purchased messaging credits only)
  • International SMS, 3 credits per send (purchased messaging credits only)

Credit costs are displayed before use.

16a. Automatic renewal, California disclosure

bckstg Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Monthly: $12.00 per month, charged on the same day each month.
  • Annual: $120.00 per year, charged annually.

Your subscription will continue and your payment method will be charged the applicable renewal rate unless you cancel before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings at bckstg.co/dashboard/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you will retain access through that date.

California residents may also cancel by contacting us at support@bckstg.co.

17. Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan, your fan page remains live, you can still add content and collect subscribers, but paid features (data export, additional credits, email blasts) are no longer available. Your data is never deleted on cancellation. If you choose to permanently delete your account all data is removed within 30 days.

18. Third-party integrations

Google Geocoding & Time Zone APIs: when a fan submits their city/state on a sign-up form, we send that text to Google Maps Platform to derive latitude/longitude (tour radius routing) and IANA time zone (quiet hours scheduling). The city/state the fan already provided is the only data transmitted. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

MasterTour (Eventric): per-user OAuth 1.0 credentials for itinerary, guest list, set list, and crew data. Subject to Eventric's terms.

Laylo: if you connect a Laylo API key, fans who opt in through your fan page forms will be subscribed to your Laylo drop list. BCKSTG AMP (Meta): optional. If you connect a Meta Business account through BCKSTG AMP, BCKSTG stores an encrypted access token used solely to create and manage ad campaigns you initiate from within BCKSTG. Meta charges your payment method on file with Meta directly for any ad spend. BCKSTG does not bill you for ad spend and does not hold, route, or settle ad-budget funds. You may revoke the connection at any time from your dashboard; revocation deletes the stored token and pauses any campaigns BCKSTG is managing on your behalf. Subject to Meta's terms of service.

Roadie (AI): the in-dashboard Roadie assistant sends your questions and a small slice of help-center context to Anthropic's API to generate answers. No fan data, no audio, no payment data, and no profile content beyond what you type into Roadie is transmitted. Per Anthropic's API policy, this data is not used to train their models by default.

Anthropic: AI content generation for editorial pitches, press releases, and one-sheets. Profile text data is sent to Anthropic's API for generation. No audio or music files are processed.

Vercel: hosting and CDN. Subject to Vercel's Terms of Service.

18a. Paid memberships

Creators on BCKSTG may offer paid memberships in one or more tiers. Each tier has its own price, billing period, and perks defined by the creator. Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. A fan may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and tier access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payouts on membership revenue go directly to the creator via Stripe Connect. BCKSTG takes 0% of membership revenue. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are set by Stripe.

Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods by default. A creator may voluntarily refund a fan through their Stripe dashboard.

Perks are defined and delivered by the creator. BCKSTG provides the infrastructure (paywall, Stripe routing, tier management, Discord role automation) but is not responsible for the substance, quality, frequency, or continued availability of perks any individual creator offers.

18b. Discord (membership perk)

If a creator offers Discord access as a tier perk, linking Discord is optional. By linking, the fan authorizes BCKSTG to add them to the creator's Discord server and to assign or remove the tier role based on their membership status.

Use of Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. BCKSTG is not responsible for Discord's availability, the creator's server, or the content and moderation of that server. Server-level disputes are handled by the creator under Discord's tools.

18c. Brand deals and affiliate links

Creators may share brand codes and affiliate links through BCKSTG. Any deal between the creator and the brand is between those two parties. BCKSTG is not a party to the deal and is not responsible for offer accuracy, brand availability, fulfillment, or post-purchase support.

Creators are responsible for accurate disclosure of any sponsored, paid, or affiliate relationship as required by applicable law (US FTC endorsement guides; comparable rules in other jurisdictions). Failure to disclose properly is the creator's responsibility, not BCKSTG's.

19. Acceptable use

You agree not to use bckstg to: distribute malware, spam fans without consent, infringe intellectual property, impersonate another artist or person, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

19a. Copyright infringement, DMCA policy

bckstg respects intellectual property rights and responds to complete copyright notices and counter-notices under applicable law. Submission requirements, our designated agent, and our repeat-infringer policy are maintained in one canonical Copyright and DMCA Policy.

20. 18+ content

Creator accounts may enable adult content on their fan page. By enabling this feature you confirm that: (a) you are legally permitted to distribute adult content in your jurisdiction, (b) all content on your page complies with applicable law, and (c) you will not knowingly direct minors to your page or promote your page in contexts where minors are the primary audience.

bckstg displays an age confirmation gate on pages with adult content enabled. This gate requires visitors to self-confirm they are 18 or older before accessing the page. bckstg does not independently verify the age of visitors and relies on this self-declaration.

You, the account holder, are solely and fully responsible for all content published under your account and for compliance with all applicable laws governing adult content in every jurisdiction where your content may be accessed. bckstg accepts no liability for content posted by users or for a visitor's misrepresentation of their age.

21. Service availability and plan lifetime

(a) Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime. We will provide reasonable notice before planned maintenance.

(b) What “Lifetime” means. A Lifetime plan grants Pro-level access for as long as BCKSTG is operational and continues to offer the service. A Lifetime plan is not a perpetual or natural-life commitment. Lifetime plans do not include free messaging credits, free SMS, free phone activations, or any other consumable add-ons; paid add-ons are billed the same as on monthly and annual plans.

(c) Non-transferability. Accounts (including Lifetime accounts) are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or transfer your account, login, or Lifetime entitlement to another person. The only permitted change to an account holder's identity is a rebrand or stage-name change by the same individual, which does not constitute a transfer.

(d) Tier and feature changes. We may add new features, products, and paid add-ons at any time. We will not remove a feature already included in your current tier without providing notice and a reasonable transition. New features may launch as paid add-ons.

(e) Service discontinuation and refund treatment. If we discontinue the service in its entirety:

  • Monthly subscribers: no further charges; access ends at the close of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscribers: refund of the unused portion, pro-rated by full months remaining at the time of discontinuation.
  • Lifetime members: refund pro-rated against a 36-month window valued at the then-current annual Pro rate ($120/yr at time of publication, for a $360 ceiling). Refund equals $360 × (36 − months elapsed since purchase) / 36. After 36 months of access, the implied value is deemed fully delivered and no refund is owed.
  • Credit packs: unused messaging or pitch credits are refunded at the original purchase price.
  • Data export: we will provide at least 30 days' notice of full discontinuation and a working CSV/JSON export of all account data during the notice window.

A change to a single feature, integration, or third-party dependency (including the removal or alteration of any feature listed in §18) is not a service discontinuation and does not entitle any subscriber to a refund.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and/or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
