Guest List is your fan CRM. Email + SMS subscribers, segments, custom tags, bulk actions, dual-channel composer, and the message history all live under one tab at /dashboard/email-list.
The 5 tabs
Guests, your full fan list. Tap a segment to filter, select fans across pages, then use Message, + Add to segment, Export or Remove on all of them at once.
Send, where you write to your fans. Pick Email, SMS or Both. It sends to your whole list. To send to fewer fans, select them in Guests and tap Message. Your sent messages sit below.
Tools, auto-notify channel choice, Meta audience export, import-export CSV, Stay Connected card with the share link.

Segments
- All, everyone you can reach.
- Super fans, fans who opted into all your updates from a pre-save reminder, your registration page or a tour signup.
- SMS opt-in, fans who said yes to texts.
- Your top cities.
- Your labels, groups you made with + Add to segment.
- Suppressed, fans who unsubscribed, replied STOP or bounced. They're shown so you can check them. Sends skip them.
Tags
Free text labels you apply to fans. Use them for hand-curated groups (VIPs, press list, label friends, "saw me at SXSW 2026"). Tags are GIN-indexed so filtering is instant.
Dual-channel composer
Pick Email, SMS, or Both. If you pick Both, BCKSTG sends the SMS to fans opted into SMS and the email to fans on email-only, same blast, one composition, no duplicate sends to a fan opted into both (SMS wins).
Import re-entry guard
When you import a CSV, BCKSTG checks each row against your suppression list (fans who STOP'd or unsubscribed). Suppressed contacts stay suppressed, they never get re-added by an import.
