Can I launch?
"Create a campaign" unlocks as soon as Meta is connected. Similar artists, a genre, and your fan list make your targeting sharper, but none of them block you, you can launch the moment Meta is on. A brand-new artist can run an Advantage+ campaign, where Meta builds the audience from your genre and location, without naming a single similar artist. On a trial you can set everything up, but you need Pro to launch.
