Connect Instagram to your Page
Linking your professional Instagram to your Facebook Page lets a single campaign show on both. This is the step people miss most often.
Easiest path (Instagram app)
- Go to your Instagram profile → Edit profile.
- Tap Page (under Public business information).
- Choose Connect or create and pick your Facebook Page.
From the Facebook Page
- Open your Page → Settings.
- Find Linked accounts → Instagram.
- Connect and sign in to your Instagram.
Back in BCKSTG, hit Recheck setup. If it doesn't turn green right away, give it a minute and recheck, Meta can take a moment to sync.
