Media accounts get a Finances tab at Dashboard → Finances for tracking booking revenue.
What is in Finances
- Booking requests list, every event you are booked on, with event name, date, location, and the requester's profile.
- Private fee, what you agreed to be paid for that booking. Set it in Requests. Open the booking and fill in Your Fee in the private section. Only you see it.
- Payment status, Not started, Quoted, Deposit requested, Deposit received, Balance due or Paid in full. Update it in the same place as money comes in.
- Earnings totals, aggregated per event group so you can read at a glance what is coming and what is settled.
Finances lists every booking request that isn't archived, grouped by event name. Archive a request in Requests to take it out of your totals.
Gating
Media accounts only. Pro required. Other account types do not see Finances.
