Availability and Booking Requests
Go to Dashboard → Availability to set your open booking windows, and Dashboard → Requests to manage incoming requests.
Setting your availability:
Availability windows tell potential clients when you're open for bookings. Add a window by selecting a date range and the type of work you're available for (Photography, Videography, or Both).
You can have multiple overlapping windows, for example, available for photography all month but videography only on weekends.
When your availability is set, it displays on your public profile so clients can see at a glance if you're free before they reach out.
How booking requests work:
When an artist, venue, or promoter wants to book you, they submit a request from your profile. You'll receive a notification and the request appears in Dashboard → Requests.
Each request includes:
- The client's name and account type
- The event or project details they've provided
- Requested date and location
- Their contact info
Responding to a request:
From Dashboard → Requests, you can Accept, Decline, or message the client directly to discuss details. Accepting a request creates a dedicated project thread in Messages where all communication about that booking stays organized.
Notes:
- You're never committed to a booking until you explicitly accept
- Clients can only submit one request to you at a time, no duplicate spam
- Setting your availability to visible is optional, you can accept requests even if no windows are set
