Setting Up Your Portfolio

Setting Up Your Portfolio

Your portfolio is the public-facing showcase of your work. It's organized into projects, each project is a gallery with its own cover image, title, description, and photo/video set.

Creating a project:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Portfolio
  2. Click New Project
  3. Add a title and optional description
  4. Upload your cover image
  5. Upload your photos or videos into the gallery
  6. Save, the project appears on your profile immediately

Organizing your portfolio:

Projects display on your profile in the order you set them. Drag to reorder. Put your strongest work first.

Project visibility:

Each project can be set to Public (visible to everyone) or Private (only you). Use Private for work-in-progress or client previews you're not ready to show publicly.

Profile photo and bio:

Set your profile photo and bio at Dashboard → Profile. Your bio is your pitch, keep it specific: what you shoot, who you shoot for, where you're based.

Tips:

  • Lead with your best project, not your most recent
  • Use consistent cover image dimensions across projects for a clean grid
  • Tag the artists or events in your project descriptions, it helps with discoverability on the platform
