Viva Nativa and Circo headline the first Costa Fest on the beach in Ponce

IQ Entertainment is launching Costa Fest, a new beach festival pairing Spanish-language rock with electronic music, on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at La Costanera, Playa de Ponce. Doors-to-stage timing starts at 6:30 p.m. Viva Nativa and Circo are the announced headliners, according to coverage by Metro Puerto Rico.

The lineup also includes DJ Iván Robles, and Rony The Hyper is named as host. Organizers say more acts will be added, but none beyond those names have been made public. Periódico El Sol and Ey Boricua carried the same announcement and the same core details.

Viva Nativa and Circo are both Puerto Rican rock names with long local followings, which makes the bill a rock-first one. That is not the usual shape of a big seaside event on the island, where large festival dates tend to cluster around San Juan and lean toward urbano and pop. Putting a Spanish-language rock lineup on the south coast, next to an electronic set, gives fans in Ponce and the surrounding region a major date close to home.

The pairing of rock and electronic is the festival's stated concept. The release frames Costa Fest as a first edition, so there is no track record yet on crowd size, production layout or how the two genres will share the beachfront stage schedule. Set times have not been published.

Tickets

Tickets are on sale through Pietix at pietix.com/costa-fest. No prices have been published in the announcement or in the coverage reviewed, so fans will need to check the Pietix listing for current tiers and any fees at checkout.

La Costanera is the oceanfront area of Playa de Ponce, a setting that makes this an outdoor, evening event in December. The remaining lineup, the schedule and any ticket tiers are the open items to watch between now and the December 5 date, and IQ Entertainment has said further names are still to come.
