Isaac Moises goes all in on rockbow with LA ULTIMA ESTRELLA
The three-song EP is the most finished version yet of his mix of rock and dembow. Out now.
Dominican artist Isaac Moises released LA ULTIMA ESTRELLA on October 16. It is three songs, "ME GUSTA LA PLATA," "LENTO" and "LIMBO," about six minutes in all.
His name for the sound is rockbow, rock guitars over dembow, and he has been building it all year. ROCKBOW came out in March with "DOS COCOS" and "LAS 12." ROCKBOW VOL2 followed in May with four songs, including "NO DOY AVISO" with crygol2, and "ROCKSTAR" with NUTTYRN landed the same month. In September came QUE SUENE ESA MALDITA GUITARRA, a six-song EP.
Those releases played like concepts, each one testing the idea. LA ULTIMA ESTRELLA sounds fully polished, a full push into rockbow instead of another sketch of it.
He puts everything out himself and sits at nearly 227,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. LA ULTIMA ESTRELLA is out now on Spotify and all platforms.
