Manage your tour dates at Dashboard → Tour Dates.
Adding shows
Several methods:
- Manual entry, click Add Date and enter the details
- CSV import, bulk-add dates using a template available on the import screen
- Bandsintown sync, BYO Bandsintown connects your Bandsintown account and pulls every show automatically. See Connect Bandsintown to your tour dates
- MasterTour sync, connect MasterTour and synchronize tour data
- Ticketmaster sync, available to Venues and Promoters, see Syncing Events from Ticketmaster
- Eventbrite sync, available to Venues and Promoters, see Syncing Events from Eventbrite
- Flyer Parser, upload a show flyer image (JPG or PNG) and BCKSTG reads it, auto-fills venue, city, date, and event name. Always confirm extracted details before saving. Limited to 10 parses per day.
Each show displays venue, city, date, ticket link, and optional pre-sale codes.
Per-show landing pages
Every tour date can have its own custom landing page at bckstg.co/yourhandle/p/{customSlug}. Use it for ticket-priority links, presale codes, opener lineups, contests, and signup lists for that show. See Custom landing pages.
City Requests
Fans can submit city requests directly from your fan page. Requests appear in your dashboard as a ranked grid sorted by volume. Use it to plan your next tour around where the demand actually is.
Tour Smart Link
Every artist has a dedicated tour page at bckstg.co/yourhandle/tour. Clean, shareable, only your dates. See Your Tour Smart Link.
