Manage your shows at Dashboard → Dates. The page has four tabs: Shows, Tours, Streams and Settings.
Adding shows
On the Shows tab, tap Add Date. Add one manually sits on top, with every other source under it:
- Manual entry, tap Add one manually and enter the details
- CSV import, bulk-add dates using a template available on the import screen
- Bandsintown sync, BYO Bandsintown connects your Bandsintown account and pulls every show automatically. See Connect Bandsintown to your tour dates
- MasterTour sync, connect MasterTour and synchronize tour data. See Connecting MasterTour
- Ticketmaster import, in Add Date, search Ticketmaster by your artist name. BCKSTG shows the artist photo and asks Is this you? first. Then tap Add on the shows you want and tap Import. On a paid plan you can also turn on automatic Ticketmaster sync in Settings, see Syncing Events from Ticketmaster
- Eventbrite import, in Add Date, connect Eventbrite and import your events, see Syncing Events from Eventbrite
- Flyer Parser, upload a show flyer image (JPG or PNG) and BCKSTG reads it, auto-fills venue, city, date, and event name. Always confirm extracted details before saving. Limited to 10 parses per day.
Each show displays venue, city, date, ticket link, and optional pre-sale codes. Every import skips a show that's already on your page, so nothing comes in twice.
Editing a show
Tap a show to open it. The editor has five tabs: Details, Flyer, Links & Tickets, Lineup and Landing Page. The Tour field on Details puts the show on a tour. The Mark as sold out and Low ticket warning switches sit at the bottom of the editor. To delete a show, tap Delete show at the bottom of the Details tab.
Past shows fold under Past shows at the bottom of the list, 4 at a time. Tap Newer or Older to move through them.
Tours and support acts
On the Tours tab, each tour card has Edit, Shows on this tour, Support and Add shows. Open a tour and the editor has three tabs:
- Details, the tour's name, dates, flyer, ticket link and announcement
- Shows, take a show off the tour, tap Add existing shows to pick shows that aren't on a tour (tap Add on each one, then the Add button at the bottom, which shows how many you picked), or tap New show on this tour
- Support, the acts who travel with the tour. Tap Add act, or tap the pencil on an act to change its name (Lookup fills its links), role, kind of act, BCKSTG handle, links and photo, or to Remove act. Invite to BCKSTG sits on the act's row.
To end a tour, open it, switch On my page off at the bottom of the editor and tap Save.
Streams
On the Streams tab, tap Schedule a Stream to add one. Tap the pencil on a stream to edit it. Delete stream is at the bottom of the stream editor.
Settings
Settings holds your Connections (Ticketmaster, Bandsintown, Eventbrite, MasterTour), your fan page settings, media access and Ticketmaster auto-sync.
Per-show landing pages
Every tour date can have its own custom landing page at bckstg.co/yourhandle/p/{customSlug}. Use it for ticket-priority links, presale codes, opener lineups, contests, and signup lists for that show. See Custom landing pages.
City Requests
Fans can submit city requests directly from your fan page. Requests appear at the bottom of the Shows tab, ranked by volume. Use it to plan your next tour around where the demand actually is. To show or hide the request form on your page, go to Settings → Fan Page Settings.
Tour Smart Link
Every artist has a dedicated tour page at bckstg.co/yourhandle/tour. Clean, shareable, only your dates. Copy it from the Tours tab with Copy Tour Link. See Your Tour Smart Link.
