To bring in your Ticketmaster events, go to Dashboard → Dates (venues and promoters: Manage Events), tap Add Date and pick Ticketmaster.
For Artists
BCKSTG searches Ticketmaster by your artist name, shows the artist photo and asks Is this you?. Tap This is me, then tap Add on the shows you want and tap Import. To link a different Ticketmaster page later, tap Change next to Ticketmaster in Settings → Connections.
For Venues and Promoters
Venues: BCKSTG finds your venue by your page name and asks Is this you?, then lists your upcoming events. Pick the ones you want and import them. If it can't find your venue, search by name.
Promoters: Use keyword search to locate events you're promoting and import them.
How It Works
Imported events show on your fan page right away. A show that's already on your page, even under another Ticketmaster listing, isn't added again. Import again anytime to pick up new listings.
Auto-sync
Artists, venues and promoters on a paid plan with a Ticketmaster page linked can turn on Auto-sync events from Ticketmaster in Settings. New Ticketmaster dates then come in on their own as fans visit your page, at most every few hours. Your past shows stay on your page.
