Team Roles, Admin vs Editor
Overview
When adding someone to your roster or inviting a team member, you assign them one of two roles:
Admin: Full access to manage the artist's BCKSTG profile, can edit profile details, publish content, manage tour dates, view analytics, send blasts, and manage other team members.
Editor: Can edit and publish content, manage tour dates, and view analytics. Cannot manage team members or billing.
Changing a Role
Go to Dashboard → Team, find the member, and use the role dropdown to promote or demote. You must be an Admin to change roles.
Removing a Team Member
Admins can remove any Editor. To remove another Admin, you need Admin-level access on the parent label or management account. Contact support if you're locked out.
