When you first sign up, you walk through a five-step setup: Identity, Work, Page, Access, and Live. It takes a couple of minutes. You can change anything later.

Step 1, Identity

First, pick your pass, the role people know you for:

Artist, for musicians. Releases, pre-saves, tour dates, social links, merch, Guest List.
Creator, for non-music creators. Streams, videos, social links, merch, Guest List.
Media, for photographers and videographers. Portfolio, credits, booking inbox, Finances.
Venue, for venues. Events, Event Series, Ticketmaster and Eventbrite sync, artist requests.
Promoter, for promoters and event companies. Events, keyword Ticketmaster sync, Festival Mode.
Festival, for festivals. Lineup builder, Sponsors, Festival Map, schedule, guide builder.
Label, for labels. Roster, Featured items, access requests, team roles.
Agency, for management firms and booking agencies. You pick Management or Booking Agency next.

The rest of the setup adapts to your choice.

Then fill in the details people use to know they found the right one:

Profile photo, upload an image and drag to frame it.
Public name, what fans see at the top of your page.
Page address, bckstg.co/yourhandle. Pick something short.
City, see Your home location for what this powers.
Category, your genres, or the kind of venue you run.
One-line intro, one short line about you.

Step 2, Work

Give your page something real. Find your work, add your own, or start clean. Nothing here has to be released yet.

Artist, search Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or TIDAL by name, or paste a YouTube link. Pick a result and it comes onto your page.
Creator, search YouTube, Twitch, or Kick for your channel.
Venue, search Ticketmaster for your venue.
Promoter, search Ticketmaster for your events.
Festival, search Ticketmaster for artists on your lineup.
Media, choose what you shoot (photographer, videographer, or both). Gear and a link to your work are optional.
Label, Agency, your roster comes later. Once your access is issued, you invite real profiles.

If we already found your profile, this step shows it to you first. If it's yours, claim it. If it isn't, start clean.

Step 3, Page

Bring your links. Tap Find my links to import your current link page, then keep only what should be public. You can also add links one at a time, or go live without any.

Step 4, Access

Your page is built. Choose your plan: Pro monthly, Pro annual (two months free), or go live on Free. If you joined with a trial, your Pro window is already open. This step also has a short confirmation that you own your fan data, can export it anytime, and we never sell it.

Step 5, Live

Your page is out at bckstg.co/yourhandle. Preview it, copy the link, and open the promo kit to share it.

Changing things later

Everything you set in onboarding is editable from your dashboard. Photo, location, bio, links, all of it. If you're an artist, a new name or page address is reviewed before it goes live.
