Tracking pixels
BCKSTG supports three tracking pixel platforms across your public surfaces:
- Meta Pixel, for Meta Ads attribution + retargeting
- TikTok Pixel, for TikTok Ads attribution + retargeting
- Google Analytics 4, for page view + conversion analytics
You can set them in two places, and they cascade automatically.
Profile-wide (Integrations)
Go to Dashboard → Integrations. The Tracking Pixels section has three fields. Whatever you save here fires on every public BCKSTG surface you own: your fan page, your tour smart link, your release smart link, and every landing page that doesn't override it.
Per landing page (Landing Pages → Tracking Pixels tab)
Go to Dashboard → Landing Pages and open the Tracking Pixels tab. Each landing page shows three inputs (one per platform) plus a small inherited-fallback indicator so you can see exactly which pixel will fire when no override is set.
Use this when you're running paid ads to a specific tour date or release and want clean attribution back to that campaign, without polluting your profile-wide pixel data.
How the cascade works
For each pixel type, the first non-empty value wins:
- Landing page override (Tracking Pixels tab)
- Profile-wide (Integrations)
- (Meta only) BCKSTG site default
Where to find the IDs
- Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager → Data Sources → your pixel. 16-digit numeric.
- TikTok Pixel, TikTok Ads Manager → Tools → Events → Web Events → your pixel. 20-character alphanumeric uppercase.
- Google Analytics 4, GA4 Admin → Data Streams → your stream → Measurement ID. Starts with
G-.
Privacy
Every pixel only fires when the visitor's cookie preferences allow it. EU/UK/Swiss visitors don't see any pixel fire until they opt in via the consent banner; visitors with Global Privacy Control enabled (Brave by default, Firefox opt-in) get a silent auto-opt-out; everyone else can opt out via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. See Cookie preferences and privacy for the full story.
