Tour Radius Routing
BCKSTG routes the right show to the right fan, by their location, not your venue list. Fans within range of 3+ shows on the same run get one consolidated email instead of three separate sends.
How to use it
- Compose a blast in Guest List as usual.
- Pick "Tour" as the audience target.
- Set a radius (e.g. 60 miles).
- Hit send. BCKSTG computes each fan's distance to every show and routes the relevant ones.
What the fan sees
- 1 show in range → email about that one show.
- 2 shows in range → email mentioning both.
- 3+ shows in range → consolidated email naming every show in their range, ordered by date.
Quiet Hours still apply
Every routed send respects the fan's local timezone. A consolidated tour email won't wake a fan up at 3AM.
