Setting Your Account Language
Your account language controls your dashboard, page titles, button labels, and the emails BCKSTG sends to you. It's separate from your profile language, which controls what fans see when they visit your public page.
You'll find it at Dashboard → Account → Language.
How to change it
- Open Account from the dashboard menu
- Find the Language section near the top
- Pick English or Español
- Click Save
The dashboard refreshes immediately in the new language. Emails we send you from that point forward use the same setting.
What it changes
- Dashboard menu + page titles + button labels
- Help Center articles (where available in both languages)
- Emails to you, release reminders, billing notices, weekly digests
- "Save" button labels match the current page language
What it doesn't change
- Your public profile at
bckstg.co/yourhandle, controlled separately at Settings → Profile Language - The language fans see when subscribing, they get whatever language they signed up in
- Other artists' dashboards or any shared content
Default
Brand-new accounts inherit your browser's language when you sign up. If your browser is set to Spanish (es-MX, es-ES, etc.) the dashboard opens in Spanish automatically. You can change it any time after.
