Promote your page
The Promote tab in your dashboard sidebar generates a ready-to-post graphic with your profile photo, your display name, and your bckstg.co/{your-slug} link, branded, sized for any major platform, no design work on your end. Pick a size, pick a color, hit download.
Where to find it
Dashboard → Promote (sits directly above Invite a Friend in the sidebar). It's available on every account type, Artist, Creator, Venue, Promoter, Festival, Media, Label, Management, and Booking Agency.
What you get
A .png of your own page, sized to a major platform's spec:
| Size | Dimensions | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Story | 1080×1920 | Instagram / TikTok / Snapchat / YouTube Shorts story posts |
| Post | 1080×1080 | Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn square feed posts |
| Banner | 1200×628 | Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn link previews, email banners |
Every graphic includes:
- BCKSTG wordmark in your chosen accent color
- Your profile photo (square, with an accent border)
- Your display name in large display type
bckstg.co/your-handlebelow, what fans actually type to find you- An "FIND ME ON BCKSTG" eyebrow (renders as "ENCUÉNTRAME EN BCKSTG" for ES-language accounts)
How to use it
- Open Dashboard → Promote
- Click a size, Story, Post, or Banner
- Click a color, 8 options from the BCKSTG palette (electric, hot pink, dusk, cyan, amber, lime, oxblood, paper)
- The preview updates live
- Click Download → you'll get a PNG file named
bckstg-{size}-{your-slug}.png - Post it. Done.
What if my profile photo isn't showing?
The Promote graphic only embeds profile photos that live on BCKSTG's own storage (this is a security feature, we never reach out to outside servers from our backend). If your profile photo was imported from a connected platform (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) at sign-up, BCKSTG will pull a copy into our storage the next time you re-open onboarding or re-upload, and your photo will start showing in the Promote graphic.
If your photo doesn't show, you'll see a square block in your accent color with the first letter of your display name instead, still on-brand, still shareable. Re-uploading your profile photo from Account Settings will fix it immediately.
Tips
- Story is for stories, Post is for feed. Don't crop a Banner to use as a story, it'll squish.
- Color matters. Match your accent to your latest single's cover art, your tour aesthetic, or your brand color, fans recognize the pairing.
- Re-share regularly. Drop a fresh Promote graphic the week of a release, a tour announcement, or a sale. Different size + color combo each time keeps it from feeling repetitive.
