Creators submit podcasts from Podcasts in the dashboard. Add the podcast details and every episode you want to distribute.
Show details
Add the show title, author, legal owner name, contact email, description, language, explicit setting, episodic or serial order, copyright, square artwork, primary category, and hosts or other show-level people. Existing podcast transfers are not open in the self-serve form. Email distro@bckstg.co to transfer an existing podcast.
Episodes
For every episode add its type, title, description, publish time, explicit setting, guests and other credits, previous-publication information, and rights confirmations. Upload final MP3 or M4A audio. You can listen to each upload before submitting.
Rights and agreement
Confirm content rights, guest permissions, music clearance, name and likeness permissions, artwork rights, distribution authority, and BCKSTG's limited promotional, hosting, and streaming permission. Podcast delivery uses a distribution-only per-podcast agreement and does not automatically create a music royalty split.
Delivery and retention
BCKSTG reviews an immutable revision, requests corrections when needed, exports the approved show package, and records manual Label Engine delivery. Private audio and artwork are scheduled for removal 72 hours after Label Engine custody is confirmed. Metadata, agreement, checksums, and delivery evidence remain.
