My Flyer Won't Upload
Supported Formats
"JPG and PNG only."
Common Causes
The platform identifies several reasons flyers may fail to upload:
- HEIC format, iPhone's default photo format. Users can switch to JPG by going to Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, or convert files before uploading
- File size, Files that are too large need to be resized first
- Corrupt file, Opening the image in a photo editor and re-saving as JPG can resolve corruption issues
