Live Chat, Managing Your Stream Chat

Your stream chat is built into the dashboard. Fans enter their name and email once to join chat, they're remembered for 30 days on return visits to your page.

Chat controls in Dashboard → Live:

Chat ON/OFF toggle, enables or disables chat for your stream entirely. When off, the chat panel is hidden on the fan page and fans cannot send messages.

Deleting a message, click the trash icon next to any message to soft-delete it. The message disappears from the fan page immediately but stays in your Chat History for reference.

Banning a viewer, click the Ban pill next to any message. That viewer's email is banned for the current stream session. Bans are tied to the stream session, they expire naturally when you end the stream and start a new one. A new stream = a clean slate.

Messages are rate-limited to one per 8 seconds per viewer to prevent spam.
