How Artists Approve or Decline a Roster Invite

This article is for artists and creators who have received a roster invite.

When a label, management company, or booking agency invites you to their roster, here's what happens:

Step 1, You receive an email

The invite arrives from BCKSTG with the name of the company inviting you and a "Review & Respond" button. Click it to go to the invite review page.

Step 2, Review the invite

The invite page shows you who is inviting you, their account type (Record Label, Talent Management, or Booking Agency), and what access they're requesting.

Step 3, Accept or Decline

Click Accept to join their roster or Decline to turn it down. You're never automatically added, this step is required.

What changes after you accept:

The company gains shared access to manage parts of your BCKSTG profile, the exact scope depends on the role they've been assigned (Admin or Editor). You retain full ownership of your account and can leave the roster at any time.

Leaving a roster:

Go to Dashboard → Account → Team. Find the connection and click Leave Roster. This removes the company's access to your profile immediately.

You can only be connected to:

1 Record Label
2 Talent Management firms
2 Booking Agencies

These limits are per category, having a label doesn't affect your management or agency slots.
