This article is for artists and creators who have received a roster invite.

When a label, management company, or booking agency invites you to their roster, here's what happens:

Step 1, You receive an email

The invite arrives from BCKSTG with the name of the company inviting you and a "Review & Respond" button. Click it to go to the invite review page.

Step 2, Review the invite

The invite page shows you who is inviting you, their account type (Record Label, Talent Management, or Booking Agency), and what access they're requesting.

Step 3, Accept or Decline

Click Accept & Join Roster to join, or Decline to turn it down. Nobody gets added without this step. The invite link works for 30 days.

What changes after you accept:

The company can help manage your BCKSTG profile. What they can do depends on the role they have, Admin or Editor. While you're on their roster, you get Pro included. Your account stays yours, and you can leave the roster any time.

Leaving a roster:

Go to Dashboard → Teams. Find the connection, click Leave Roster and confirm. The company loses access to your profile right away, and so does any Pro you had through their roster.

You can only be connected to:

1 Record Label
2 Talent Management firms
2 Booking Agencies

These limits are per category, having a label doesn't affect your management or agency slots.
