Getting Access to Live Streaming
Live Streaming is not available to all accounts by default during alpha.
Who can access it:
- Creator accounts on Pro or Lifetime, request access via support
- Artist, Venue, or Promoter accounts, contact support to request the Live access grant
- Trial users, not eligible, must be on a paid Pro or Lifetime plan
How to request:
Contact support via the chat widget or email support@bckstg.co with your handle and account type. We'll enable it on your account directly.
Once enabled, Dashboard → Live will appear in your sidebar.
