Freezing and Unfreezing Roster Access

Access between artists and their labels, management, or agencies can be frozen from either side, by the company or by the artist.

For artists, Dashboard → Managers & Labels

If you want to temporarily suspend a label, management firm, or booking agency's access to your profile without fully leaving the roster:

1. Go to Dashboard → Managers & Labels
2. Find the connection you want to freeze
3. Click Freeze on that row

"The company loses access to your profile immediately. The roster connection stays intact, nothing is deleted." You can unfreeze from the same page whenever needed.

For labels and agencies, Dashboard → Team

If you need to pause access across your roster, for example during a contract transition:

Freeze All Access: Click Freeze All Access on your Team page. This pauses every active roster connection simultaneously.

Unfreeze All: The Unfreeze All button appears prominently when connections are frozen. Click it to restore all paused connections at once.

Individual freeze/unfreeze: Use the controls on each member's row to freeze or unfreeze one connection at a time.

Frozen members show a Paused badge in your Team dashboard so the current state is always visible.

What freezing does and doesn't do:

• The frozen party loses access to edit or manage the connected profile
• The public fan page is unaffected, fans see nothing different
• No content or data is deleted
• The roster connection is preserved and can be restored by either side
