Artists can freeze a label, management firm or booking agency's access to their profile. A company's access also freezes on its own if its plan lapses.
For artists, Dashboard → Teams
If you want to temporarily suspend a label, management firm, or booking agency's access to your profile without fully leaving the roster:
- Go to Dashboard → Teams
- Find the connection you want to freeze
- Click Freeze on that row
"The company loses access to your profile immediately. The roster connection stays intact, nothing is deleted." You can unfreeze from the same page whenever needed.
Freeze everyone at once: On Dashboard → Teams, the Emergency panel has Freeze All Access and Unfreeze All. Frozen connections show a Paused badge.
For labels and agencies
On Dashboard → Roster, an artist shows a Frozen badge if they froze your access or if your plan lapsed. Access comes back when the artist unfreezes it or when your plan is active again.
What freezing does and doesn't do:
- The company loses access to edit or manage the profile
- Any Pro the artist gets through that roster pauses while it's frozen
- The public fan page is unaffected, fans see nothing different
- No content or data is deleted
- The roster connection is kept. If a lapsed plan stays unpaid for 60 days, the connection is removed.
