Flyer Parser, Auto-Fill Tour Dates from a Flyer

When adding a tour date in Dashboard → Tour Dates, click the flyer icon (📎) to upload a show flyer.

BCKSTG reads the image and attempts to extract the venue name, city, date, and event name, then pre-fills those fields for you. You review and confirm before saving.

Supported formats

JPG and PNG. HEIC (iPhone default) is not supported, convert to JPG first.

How accurate is it?

"The parser works best on clean, well-designed flyers where the venue, city, and date are clearly visible as text." Heavily stylized or handwritten flyers may not parse correctly. Always review the extracted details before saving, treat it as a starting point, not a final answer.

Limit

10 flyer parses per day per account.

If the parser misses something

Just fill in the missing fields manually. The parser pre-fills what it can, you're always in control before anything is saved.
