Cancelling auto-renew

Open Dashboard, Account, Domain, then hit "cancel auto-renew". The domain stays live until the end of the year you paid for. After that it expires.

What happens at expiry

We do not extend domains we were not paid to renew. If yours expires, it sits in a grace window before being released. If you want to grab it back during grace, message us.

Using a domain you already own

Use the "Use a domain I own" tab. Paste the domain, copy the DNS records, paste them at whoever you bought the domain from. We do not bill you for these.
