Credits power the paid actions on BCKSTG.
They're separate from your subscription, Pro unlocks the features, credits are the fuel. Credits never expire.
What costs credits:
- Editorial Pitch: 1 Release Kit credit
- One-Sheet: 1 Release Kit credit
- Press Release: 1 Release Kit credit
- Email: 1 Messaging credit per email (blasts, your release day email, tour announcements, super fan alerts, download emails)
- SMS, US number: 1 Messaging credit
- SMS, International: 3 Messaging credits
Release Kit Credit packs:
- 1 credit: $3
- 2 credits: $5
- 3 credits: $7
- 5 credits: $10
Messaging Credit packs:
- 100 credits: $5
- 500 credits: $10
- 1,000 credits: $15
Email blasts draw from your base monthly credits first, then purchased credits. SMS draws from purchased credits only, never from base.
Automatic sends use the same credits. We warn you in your dashboard and by email 3 days and 1 day before one your credits won't cover. If they still run short, the send reaches as many fans as your credits cover, longest-standing fans first, and the rest get it automatically once you have more credits. After 3 days we ask you first.
Buy Release Kit credits in Release Kit → Buy credits, and messaging credits in Guest List → Credits.
Messaging credits are for paid plans. On Free, the Credits tab shows Upgrade to Pro.
