Building Your Roster, Inviting Artists

Go to Dashboard → Team to manage your roster.

You can invite artists, creators, and media professionals to your roster in two ways:

By BCKSTG handle (slug): Enter the artist's BCKSTG handle. Works for Artist, Creator, and Media accounts. If the handle doesn't exist or belongs to a Venue, Promoter, or other non-eligible type, the invite won't send.
By email: Enter any email address. If it's a registered BCKSTG account, the invite goes to that user. Works for Artist, Creator, Venue, Promoter, and Media accounts. Fan accounts cannot be added to a roster.

What happens after you send:

The artist receives an email with a link to review and respond to your invite. They must actively accept, no one is added to your roster without their approval.

Until they respond, the invite shows as Pending in your Team dashboard. You can resend or cancel a pending invite at any time.

Roster slots:

Each plan tier includes a set number of roster slots. Add-on slots are available annually per artist if you need to grow beyond your included count. Suite and Elite tiers contact for custom arrangements.
