BCKSTG Pass puts a pass in your fans' phone wallets, the same place their boarding passes and bank cards live. No app to download. You issue it once and it updates itself on their phone: membership status, show details, reward points, all live.
The three kinds of pass
Member Pass. Bound to a Members Club tier. When a fan subscribes, their card is issued automatically and emailed to them. If their payment lapses, the card says so on its own. You can also print a presale code on the back and swap it live before every on-sale.
Show Ticket. Bound to a tour date. This is for the inventory you control: guest list, holds, VIP, fan club allocations. Free or paid. Set a capacity and the platform never oversells. Paid tickets charge through your connected Stripe payouts, and the price a fan sees is the full price, nothing added at checkout.
Rewards Card. A points balance that lives in the fan's wallet. Fans earn points for showing up (every door scan), for buying tickets, and whenever you grant them manually. The balance on their card updates by itself.
Build and issue
Open BCKSTG Pass in your dashboard (Audience section), hit New Pass, pick the kind, bind it to its source, name it, pick a color, create the draft, then Go live from The Rack. To issue, open a live pass and pick fans from your Guest List. Each fan gets a short claim link you can text, email, or blast. The claim page also carries the door code, so a fan without a wallet just opens their link at the door.
The door
The scanner is the Door tab of BCKSTG Pass. Tap Start the door, then Full screen. The border runs a neon flicker while it waits, snaps green when a pass is good, red when it isn't. First scan admits, second scan denies, cancelled and refunded passes deny.
Door crew (staff who aren't you)
You will be busy during a show, so hand the door to someone without handing over your login. In the Door tab, open Door Crew, add a person (a name, and optionally lock them to one show), and you get a link and a PIN to send them. They open the link, enter the PIN, and get the scanner and nothing else. You choose whether they can kick people out and whether they can refund. Turn a crew member off any time and their access dies on their next tap. They never see your dashboard and never get a password.
Trouble at the door
Under the scanner is Door Lookup. Search a fan by name or pass serial and you (or your crew) can admit them by hand (dead phone, lost link), kick them out (broke a rule), refund their ticket, or copy a fresh claim link to text them. When a ticket reads Already Used, the time of the first scan shows, so you can tell a forwarded screenshot from an accidental double scan. Every manual action is written to the scan log with who did it.
Cancelling a show
One action refunds every paid ticket through Stripe and flips every issued pass to cancelled on every phone.
